FS: Hybrid stroker starter kit- sleeved 2.5 block+968 crankshaft
Have available a steel-sleeved 1986 951 engine block and a 968 3.0 crankshaft. 968 crank is over 5 lbs lighter than the S2 crank.
Block needs to be over bored to 4.020/4.030", and crank needs #2 rod journal work - perfect for an offset grind. Has some damage to #2 rod cheeks but don't think it should affect crank strength after grinding. With your Chevrolet pistons and Eagle-Mitsubishi rods, this block+crank will yield 3.1L displacement. Looking for $1200+shipping or local pickup from Los Angeles/San Diego areas, or best offer.
