The two late offset phone dials are 16" wheels and yes that is the estimated shipping via UPS according to their website calculator.

Any pix of the dials with tires, how bad/old are the tires??

I don't know the age of the tires. They came on another set of wheels I purchased and I flopped them onto these rims. They are not a match set. Fronts are different than the rears. They have plenty of tread. I used them to roll my track car around.
