Hi all, I'm in a pickle and need this little 6mm Allen bolt. Mine walked out of its home while driving and my starter ring chewed up my speed sensor

yes, both those socket heads are 8mm, with the bottom one being slightly longer than the top. Make sure you cover those sight holes before starting work in that area. If you ever need the special bolts that hold the 2 sensors to that bracket, you can substitute the bolts that hold the rear seat tops in place. 10mm head.

So I can just go into fastenal and get one that size with a hex head? Where did you get the size information from?

Yes...the size came directly from the Porsche parts catalog for the 944...your car appears to be a turbo model so I checked that catalog, but the bolts are the same regardless of model/year 944.
