Need help locating one 4.7 euro "S" piston

928 International only has a complete set of eight 4.7 euro spec "S" pistons. I only need one. Can you guys ask around for me and see what pops up?

TIA

My motor is a 1980 M28/11

Here's why I need one....

Rich I think pistons come in 3 different sizes, like A, B, and C, for each basic size (4.5, 4.7, etc.).

Give this guy a try on ebay, I bought the top end out of the motor, but its an 85 Euro S, so I don't know if that makes a difference on pistons.

BTW you should be junking the Euro S bottom end and build a hybrid anyway.

Do pistons come in tolerances? I was thinking it was something like A, B, C?

What shape are the cylinders in with that nasty looking piston?

The are # on the piston top and block. Inside edge of the head sealing surface. I'm traveling and don't have a photo on this computer. I'll post one later. I have a "1" on my piston tops and block

that would be tolerance group 1.

piston sets come in tolerance groups 1, 2, and 3, depending upon the amount of overbore or wear present.
