Sharks in Hell - Aug 1 thru Aug 3
The Michigan crew is getting ready to host the third annual Sharks in Hell event August 1-3 with the main event day being Saturday.
Last year we held it the same weekend as the Pinkney HelluvaCruise event which turned out to be quite a raging event. One truck even caught fire and melted! This is a family event. Please feel free to bring your spouse and kids. There is swimming, tubing, a paddle boat, fishing, etc. We will also have a bonfire on Friday and Saturday nights. Lots of drinking on Friday night and all day Saturday. We do make a reasonable attempt at a fun drive on Saturday, but let's face it, Michigan roads are mostly straight and flat (not to mention full of pot holes). Sorry. But the people are what make these events so much fun and these people are great! So to recap... When: August 1-3 - Main event day will be Satuday Aug. 2 starting around 10AM Where: Hell, MI (4339 Patterson Lake Road, Pinckney MI 48169) Accomodations:Limited spots on the floor in the cottage, but plenty of space for tents. There is a Best Western about 15 miles away (PM me if you want more info). THIS IS A FREE EVENT! - We just ask that you bring a dish to pass or some drinks to share! Here's this year's t-shirt! ![]() ![]() Here are some pictures from Last year's event. http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforums/showthread.php?t=369535 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I would consider coming Andrew, but I'll have my car in Pittsburgh over next weekend at the vintage car race there (PCA is going to have a spot open) and then the following week is Porsche's to Oxford. The Oxford show is a nice one, with a lot of variety and I'm looking forward to the vintage race...being from Pittsburgh, it is ironic I have never seen it.
