Anyone know the torque spec for the nut that holds the drive gear onto the oil pump? Can't find it in the WSM and I prefer not to do it by feel, please help!!!

Its not in the Engine Torque section of the Porsche "Models Dimensions Tolerances" book either, which means its falls under the category of generic M10, which is 40+5 Nm (30 ftlbs).

This is also the value supplied in John Kelly's Timing Belt guide for 85/86 engines, which is what I used the first time I did a timing belt on one of my S4's.

Thanks for the speedy reply, I am torquing it now. I forgot about the generic torque spec for all other bolts.
