Sticking Window Switch
Today I noticed a relay clicking on and off in my passenger door. Turned out to be a stuck switch. I took a flat blade screwdriver and gently pushed it around the switches and outer plastic housing. I then took some silicone spray and sprayed around the switches and worked it in. All fixed. Did not have to remove anything.

My pax switch has been sticking lately, too. Brand new switch, seems to get stuck on the material of the center console.
