They are many...
The BIG thing is the EURO S cars have a 4.7L engine putting out 300HP! That is the BIG DOG RIGHT THERE! US cars up through '82 had the 4.5L 220HP engine. (like your Weissach) '83/'84 had the US 4.7L engine making 256ish HP. '85/'86 had the 5.0L 32V engine making 280HP and 302Tq... Competition package US cars from '81 and '82 as well as the EURO S ('80-'86) and '83-'86 US S cars got bigger brake calipers on the front, bigger sway bars on the front (and maybe the rear as well), I believe firmer springs to go with the bigger sway bars and shocks, and of course the big VISUAL cue is the front and rear lip spoilers. Not to toot my own horn, but all of these things are detailed with pics on the 928 EVOLUTION DVD that you can get from me. The big difference for your Weissach model is the front and rear spoilers and the Competition package stuff for '82 US cars. Still has the 4.5L 220HP engine, and the BIGGEST thing about the Weissach car (and incidentally probably the most valuable part of the whole car) is the matching luggage that came with them! If you don't have the luggage then you just have a Weissgold 928 Competition package with a rather odd interior color combo...
