Would it be tought to repaint engine?

Hey, the silver paint is starting to look bad on the top of my engine. What would be involved if I wanted to repaint it? What seals would I need?

Didn't seem easy though. But the sweat equity sure looks like it paid off, if done right the intake needs to come off. Can't remember where I seen an S4 motor done. My 78 looks just fine bare aluminum and clean.

Silver paint? Are you sure it's paint, and not some anodized finish?

I bet it is finished that way. Who can relpate them? How do you remove those of the engine?
