Central Locking

Hey guys, a little back story: I converted almost all my lights in everything to LED's during last winter, this included the central locking/warning buttons in the center console. Anyways, idk how i even lost track of when it stopped working, but pressing the button has no affect on the locks, they dont even make a sound at all. however i can use the key from the outside and both locks (driver and passenger) will lock or unlock at the same time.

Another thing to point out is that the PO had a ****ty alarm system hooked up (jerry rigged to the max) and i decided to just take the crap out, seeing how it was tapped into other wires beneath the driver's wheel. My memory is a bit foggy but im pretty sure the locks worked with the central locking button after i made the conversion to LED's, or i would have taken it right back out and looked at what i may have done wrong. But i cant remember if i took the alarm system out before or after the locks stopped working.

Also, if i manually lock both doors from the inside, the locking light will turn on, and if they are unlocked from the inside, the light goes off (as it should)

I basically just cant lock/unlock the car with the central locking button

Those buttons go wrong very easily, my central warning cancel button is finicky too, I usually just tap it a little, and it works!

Owning a 928 is risky business - but sometimes you just gotta say "what the fudge".
