i found one in sac-thanks.i need clutch slave and brake mc as well as ignition lock replaced,nothing major.midtown autowerks in sac,as well as peter wolf in san rafael.

Let me know how the service is at the sacramento shop. I checked with Shatz and Crum and was turned away when I uttered the dreaded numbers 9-2-8. I work in Oakland but don't want to take the panzer all the way down there to get decent service at Bauer.

i was able to get car towed from sacramento where i bought it back to marin,ca. where i live with triple a 100mile tow.here in san rafael i use peter wolf auto,hes a one man shop,trained at factory in germany on porsches and audis for 4 years and has even owned a 928.i trust him,only does whats needed,worked on my aircooled porsches

Well I guess I'll dump the 928 in Oakland then. I have a throw out bearing making noise and I have a bad feeling about syncros in 2 and 3rd.
