Like the ad says, everything you would need to convert your automatic 928 to a manual transmission, including a limited slip differential transmission which shifts great and has only 66K miles on it. You will also get a torque tube (good bearings) , shifter and linkages, clutch pedal, hydraulic line for clutch and hose, slave cylinder, bellhousing, actual clutch and flywheel for your engine.
If you like, for another $2500 I'll throw in a M28/21 Euro version high-output 4.7L V8 with everything you would need it to run.
