maybe your vac.line routing is incorrect? are the two little metal nipples on the firewall below the wiring harness connected and okay?

ok i think i fixed it. i will give the results when i get to work to test it. i found a vacume leak in the line that runs to the vacume resivior. i replaced the line and now i have vacume there with no leaks. hopfully this fixes the issue. wierd that i didnt see this on my vac/boost gauge. hmmm

OK well i did fix it. it works great. no more full on heat while in boost. but now i am getting full on cold on boost! WTF!?!? OK any ways this is a much better improvement. as i can at least control the heat while normally driving. any thing else i could loOK at to get this thing fixed? or could this be a temp sensor for the climate control?

i think your vac lines are routed improperly. check the vac.diagram and double-check.

I have a similar problem. Full heat at times even with climate control full cold. I need to run the fan on high for a few minutes before temp returns to ambient. Seems to happen after being parked following a spirited drive. I'll get back into the car and I have lots of hot air to vent out of the ducting with the fan.
