Very nice thanks been trying to sort this for a few months but having the car on opposite coast doesn’t help going back out in a couple weeks hope to get it all nearly sorted once and for all ,I take it the ABS wheel was pressed off the 964 inner washer and pressed on the 993 washer , cobalt had mentioned this but I guess I just had difficulty picturing it , thanks again , Bert

Yes - you'll also need the 993 ABS sensors in the front. The prices (and lead times) really add up. I replaced all the parts...all new bolts for 993 and little plastic shells/clips.

Ok so I just managed to obtain the 993 ABS tone rings .. Cobalt ( Anthony) mentioned he pressed the 964 ABS ring onto the 993 center washer did you do this as well or simply ran them as they (993) are ?
Wouldn’t that cause a code with different number of ABS tooths ? About to switch this out let me know please appreciate your experience thanks Bert

100% need to use the 964 teeth on the 993 center. Other option is to use C4 front outer CV - cutting off just behind the tone ring - essentially creating a threaded bolt and ABS ring all in one. The main benefit is really just being able to torque the hub nut without holding the bolt from the rear (tire is on the ground)..and this IS a help as I had to get help to hold the bolt head from the rear when assembling mine.

Really the best front hub you're going to get is 993 upright, hub and washer, with 964 abs ring.

Here, I changed the studs as well...also a good time to refresh the little clips, use 993 bolts and caged nut assemblies.

PS - timesert those caliper threads.

The stance is perfect! That looks like the Tail of the Dragon in that first pic.
