Tip to manual conversion

Hi everyone,

I've been offered a 964 C2 for sale in a great color combination and decent condition. However, it has a Tiptronic transmission. Does anyone have experience converting it to a 5-speed manual? Were there any challenges or issues? Also, how would this affect the car's overall value?

Any recommendations for shops in Los Angeles or California that can handle this conversion?
