Price Range for 993 Targa

Hi All, would you shed on some light on market value of 98 993 Targa, Marine Blue Metalic, one owner with 155K daily driver and recent $20K service done mostly motor, suspension and synchros for G50. Drives nice. Few accident on Carfax but all done at authorized Porsche Bodyshop.

Miles and accidents pull it down. Service and color pull it up.
I’m thinking $85k and will add that the market absolutely sucks right now. Wait until at least August if you are selling. If buying, now is the time. The car would have been $110K a year and a half ago.
People are going to be scared of the top mechanism reputation for issues.

Is it Marine Blue or Midnight Blue? If it’s Marine Blue then it’s PTS as that color wasn’t offered on Porsches after 1990. Midnight is a standard color on 993.

As far as pricing, I would look at online auctions to see what other comparable cars were selling for and then deduct for higher mileage and accidents.

Make sure the top works properly if not they can be a nightmare to fix. I nearly bought a 98 targa in Riviera years ago but it had "minor" accident damage and top always leaked wind noise and water. They were never able to get it right again.

Listen to Anthony The roof on these is a real issue
I usually recommend new owners unplug the switch
