Porsche Approved vs PPI

Hi,

I am just about to get my first Porsche (996 00-01) and I am pretty thrilled about it. Based on the threads on this forum I will probably go with a Porsche Approved and Certified car to be on the safe side.

Would you still recommend doing a PPI? Or is the 110+ point inspection (together with the warranty) made by Porsche sufficient? If not, do you recommend taking the car to different Porsche dealer for the PPI to get an unbiosed inspection?

Also, does the extended warranty cover RMS?

Thanks in advance!

/Daniel

Porsche certified is good - the warranty will cover any issues that crop up on you.

RMS?
