NTC temperature Senser-good or bad?

NTC esistence measures 10K ohms at ambient and 2K when I hit it with a hair dryer. Anybody know what the approximate readings should be?

Fan comes on (low speed?) when NTC removed (ie infinite ohms) but doesnt at either 10K or 2K ohms. Any ideas?

According to the workshop manual the following values should be measured for the rear temperature sensor:

at 32F 28.8 - 36.4 kOhm
at 77F 9.0 - 11.0 kOhm
at 122F 3.1 - 4 kOhm

Looks like your sensor is good. Next step would be the CCU in the dash. Did you get a chance to read the codes?
