Wiper gremlins
I have a 95 993 cab. It has an electrical problem with the wipers. When I use the washer, the wipers will continue to run until I shut the car off. Also, the intermittent wiper position causes the wipers to run continuously. I replaced the intermittent speed adjuster (little nob on dash) but did not correct the problem. Anyone with this same problem or can offer advice?

My new to me ‘95 has this exact same problem.
Did the OP ever determine what the problem was and/or does anyone else know? |

General thought. Most wiper motors have some kind of a park position sensor . IF this is faulty the motor would keep geting fed current even if the wiper stalk is in the off position "waiting" for the sensor to be activated.
Would make sense that it then stops when ignition is witched off ? Change/ recondition wiper motor? |
