I just changed mine this past weekend and used Redline D4 synthetic. The shifts are noticeably smoother and more crisp.

Thanks Justin for your reply, i found Liqui Moly III, Is it ok to use on my Targa 1996 tiptronic transmission, Its more expensive than Dextron3.
