Help dulled Turbo Twists. Any easy fix?

Prev. owner ran it thru a car wash I guess. Nothing seems to polish them up. Any ideas for me? Do I have to powder coat them???
Thanks in adv. for any help

Paint them

I agree. Wurth silver wheel paint looks great and isn't too hard. Make sure your wheels are clean and degreased. Lightly sand or scotch brite pad before you paint. I painted the wheels on my old A4 and they looked like new.
