pulley fan is seized
It started making an awful noise then it just seized up. any ideas about the cost to replace this?

Not without knowing what failed. Bearings? Bent rod? Shrinking housing? Powdercoated fan? No idea. Pics would help.

The main cooling fan?
IIRC the bearing is about $120; you have to pull the alternator and take the whole mess apart, not that big of a deal in the scheme of things. While mine was out I had the alternator rebuilt and blasted/powdercoated the fan and housing.
