Has anyone installed rear control arm monoballs in the car?

I was wondering if anyone had lowered the rear control arm down, and installed monoballs without removing the control arm? What is the easiest method that someone has found to remove the old bushings? I guess everyone is using the ERP monoballs?

Easiest way is to remove the arm and then press out the old bushing. Is is not a difficult jobe to remove the a-arm.
