Been a while since me last Porsche 991 so need advice.

Jeez what i regret selling my 930 Turbo since it riced about $14000 within a year after i sold it.

It been a few years since my last Porsche 911 and i have been thinking that i might go for a Porsche 996 Turbo (of the 996 series i am only intersted in the 996 Turbo)

Or a 997.1 Carrere 4, 997.1 Carrera 4S or a 997.1 Carrera Turbo but i think the 997.2 will be to much money.

One more thing is that i really do not want to buy a manual car so it is tiptronic we are talking about or PDK if i go for an 997.2 Carrera 4S even if i think it is to much money to spend on a car at the moment.

First about the 996 Turbo. Any here that think this is a future Classic?
The Mezger engine in the Turbo is a safe bet when it comes to engines is it not?

The engine used in the 997.1 is prone to IMS bearing issues and bore score from what i have read.

One more thing about the tiptronic which is the shift buttons i really dislike so is it possible to put on a newer 3 spoke steering wheel with paddle shifters and the round airbag?

Please give me some advice here on which car to go for since i have not been in the Porsche game for a long, long time
The same goes for the steering wheel in post 2.

Below is a picture of 3, 996 Turbo`s in the colours i would prefer. The most easy colour to get is black.
