Possible Transmission Oil Leak?

Not sure if anyone can offer advice here, but the knowledge of this group is amazing!

Lately, I have been noticing quarter to half dollar sized spots under my 1999 996 tiptronic, about 3/4 of the way back. I took a look underneath today and the engine looked clean but up towards the front, where the plastic cover begins (and where I see the spots), it was looking a bit rough although there doesn't seem to be any pooling.

I have attached pictures and welcome anyone's thoughts on what I may be facing when I take this in to my guy.

(of course jacking it up, caused my engine mounts to spew, so it is a good thing that I caught this...looks like they have been bad for some time based on watery fluid)
