Rear Right Fog Light
Okay, so we all know either the left or right fog light works depending on what country the car was shipped to. But, since I live in the US and only my left lights up, how do I get the right to light up as well?

You can probably just tap the wire and run it to the other side. You may need to add a bulb holder/socket

I'd be circumspect about doing that until you confirm if your state will accept that. You could turn the car into ticket bait.

I can check out the local/state laws but, is there a better way than essentially hot wiring it from the left fog? I can't be the first one to want to do this.

No one in America knows what rear fog lights are anyway. If using them you'd probably be more likely to get pulled over for a "problem" with your brake lights.
