Selling my 2004 Porsche 911 GT3. This is one of the good ones!!!

This is a clean title car with a clean CARFAX.
Car is black with black full leather interior. Yellow belts matching the yellow PCCB's (I'll add the options list/build sheet below in the ad so you get the full picture of the car)
The car is mainly a factory stock example with a couple hardware upgrades that exponentially increases the driving experience. It's been regeared and had the differential upgraded. This makes it so much more fun to drive, faster and peppy!
It has been fully serviced and it is all documented (will post pictures of service records below as well) so it is all up to date with its services and maintenance.
Since I decided to sell the car I took it to Vertex Automotive, I had them go through the whole car and make sure it was all sorted.

Service/Maintenance:
The car had been serviced at Porsche factory dealer throughout its previous ownerships. Previous owner and myself have been taking the car to a local porsche specialist KWM Motorsports (Kevin Wheeler's shop) they have been known for many many years to be one of the top Porsche motorsport shops.
Below I'll list some of the most recent services and upgrades performed at KMW Motorsports. Pictures below of all invoices below.
- 2k miles ago - Transmission regeared (3rd: 1.650 ,4th: 1.318, and 5th: 1.08), oil change, filters, brake fluid flush and ne fluids.
- 2k miles ago - Porsche Clubsport Short Shifter
- 4k miles ago - Engine out, and coolant lines welded (known issue with Mezger engines)
- 4k miles ago - New clutch kit, new OEM pressure plate, new OEM throw out bearing, Spark plugs.
- 5k miles ago - Front 2 piece lower control arms, Oil change
-10k miles ago - New PCCB's, full brake and fluids job, Oil change, filters, etc.
-11k miles ago - Water pump, Belts, spark plugs, O2 sensors

In the past 2yrs, if you add maintenance services and goodies you quickly get to $45k. So you get the idea of the type of car this is.

Car is in optimal mechanical condition. Everything works as it should and it feels as solid as new.
As per the inspection performed last week, this car needs absolutely nothing but a new owner to enjoy it for years to come.
It's a 16 year old so it has some stone chips here and there but it is consistent with age and a very well taken care of car of its age. The car shows as a great example and it drives better than it looks.
