1999 996 project

Neglected (not by me) tiptronic 996 cab.
Engine runs but has a water leak that will necessitate the engine to be dropped and my mechanic is not willing to do the job.
There is body damage, interior is worn, top will not go up on its own, needs brakes, ect,ect.
Car sat outside for over a year so it’s very dirty.
Maybe someone can use it?
