Finally selling the girlfriend's car...1983 Porsche 944 5spd. Dark grey, moderate interior (shows age). Exterior paint has some cracking on the hood and over rear wheel wells. Here's what has been done to car:

New FOE (Front of Engine) Seals, all new upper engine seals, including Head Gasket, Cam Tower, Rear Cam Seal, Intake Seals, Exhaust Seals (upper and lower), Water pump & Seal, Thermo Switch for Vacuum port (underneath Intake), etc etc. The A/C is out, but I believe it is the front compressor seal. The connectors for the pickup sensors on the rear of the engine are broken from the previous owner, which is why I had to replace the thermo switch too. The car starts right up, hold temperature, fans come on, etc. I did repair two vacuum lines with silicone tape, because I didn't see the need to replace them through special order. The car does not leak any fluids. I did have to drill out two exhaust manifold studs, but I did this carefully and repaired a previous owner's very crappy 'repair'. If you wanted the engine to be better, replace the head. I was going to but she didn't want to incur the cost just to sell the car. It also has new front wheel bearings, Drilled and Slotted Rotors with ceramic pads all the way around. Great Goodyear T/A Tires (95% tread left?). All the suspension components are tight. We lost the sunroof and had to replace it...the replacement has a poor seal and is not painted (primed only). The rear hatch also needs a new seal. The car drives excellent and straight. We realize this is not a perfect car, but it has a rust-free body/chassis and good motor. All the maintenance records will go with it. 14X,XXX miles. When I had the head off, I took note of the cylinders, which looked perfect. We are asking $3,000, but she will take any reasonable offer. She already has another car picked out, but has to sell this one first, so please make an offer if you are interested. The 300ZX and the black Supra in the background are also for sale!
