WTB: 74-83 911 Coupe in New England

I’m looking for 911 coupe driver.
It’s nearly winter here in New England, so I’m in no rush to buy and my criteria are pretty narrow.

Here’s the must have list:
-Ready to drive
-Within driving distance of Boston
-1974-1983 911 Coupe (No Targas)
-Bright solid colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue). No metallics.
-No serious rust (no rot, a little surface rust ok)
-Good engine with no issues.
-Fuchs
-Factory paint. If re-sprayed must be in a factory color.
-Factory body. No spoiler, body kits turbo look etc.
-$10k-ish target price.

Would be nice:
-76 or 77 car
-No sun roof
-3.0 SC engine in a mid year.

Not at all picky about:
Interior
Paint fade and dings
Mileage
