This is a preserved unmolested 1972 1.7 Fuel Injected car that is 100% whole. ~78k on rebuild. Desired silver over black with early car features such as flat bumpers etc. Collector plates and clean WA title. Some highlights. Recent rebuilt transmission with 100 miles now by widely known expert (cost alone for rebuilt and new internal gears etc. is substantial). Shift linkage bushings replaced. New throw out bearing. All drivability sorted out by Chris German Auto in Bellevue including rebuilt calipers all around, new rotors, pads; break lines, shocks/struts all around, new Pertronix electronic ignition, tune up including valve adjustments, and new Bursch Quiet Street exhaust. Factory Blaupunkt and heater work flawlessly. Clutch checked out perfect! Upgraded rims and tires (195/55's) including front tire spacers, and acorn chrome lugs giving the car an aggressive stance. Factory steel rims, correct Arizonian tires and flawless chrome dog dish caps are included. Partial list of parts that I have picked up along the way go with the car. Car cover, Coverlay dash cover new in box, original antenna, lots of random hardware, internal door lock cams, spare driver's seat, front turn lenses, bolster back cover, front bra with Porsche lettering, cone set screws, and two early steely rims. I will throw in my Hotwheel 914's also.... Body: Straight car evident by pictures. Stored in warm dry garage. A couple of small rust bubbles on body. Chilton 914 manual and 914 tech tips. ALL historical paperwork including original bill of sale. Mint manual including Blaupunkt manual.
$10,500 OBO More Pictures available via request.
