1986 930 with EFI
Vehicle Description
This 1986 Porsche 911 Turbo with 69K original miles. Asking $42,500 Powertrain: The engines pistons and cylinders were replaced from the factory 3.3 liter versions to Mahle 3.4 liter. The engine also features twin plug ignition per cylinder. The engine has zero oil leaks and features an Autronic Electronic Fuel injection system. This powerplant has a custom built full-bay intercooler, Tial BOV, WEVO engine mounts and solid transmission mount, Pauter connecting rods, K27 High Flow S by KKK, billet GT2 EVO cams, GHL custom headers and exhaust, Carrera 3.2 intake manifold, 72 pound Siemens injectors, custom twin plug ignition coil mounts, professionally balanced reciprocating parts, double crank pulley allows for future A/C, stock 4 speed transmission with heavy duty Centerforce clutch. Front oil cooler installed. Dyno proven 504 hp to the crank (446 hp to wheels factoring in 15% power loss). Boost is limited to a conservative .8 bar. Suspension: Torsion bars completely removed and replaced with Rebel Racing coilover suspension. Professionally corner balanced. Full X-brace installed to maintain front suspension geometry. Lindsey Racing wheels sized 17x9 in front and 17x11 in rear. Wheels customer made using original Fuchs centers from donated factory wheel centers. Other Features: Digital AFR (air/fuel ratio) readout mounted under dashboard. Factory Porsche 930S steering wheel. Custom billet milled aluminum shift knob. RSR style front valence with functional front brake cooling system installed. Interior is original. Factory analog clock replaced with 2 bar boost gauge. Zero accidents-minor or major. Needs: The front bonnet needs a respray as the clear coat is crackling. Sunroof needs new belts. I removed the rear wiper assembly to make room for the intercooler. The motor and blade come with the car. This car has been lovingly built and maintained. I'm sorry to see it go, but the next owner will have an amazing one-of-a-kind automobile.
