WTB 87-90 G50, 964 poss 993

I'm looking to purchase my first Porsche and I'm having a hard time finding cars of this era that are in my region or range to see, and in decent condition. I am not a dealer/flipper, I'm a normal Dad who's finally getting his 'fun' car.

I'm looking to purchase either an 87-89 G50 3.2, or a 90-94 964, or 95-98 993. I have cash and I'm willing to discuss the right price for the right car, after a PPI.

Must have:
Manual transmission.
Good current condition
Reliable electrically & mechanically
Not a project car
Not Salvage/accidents/stories

Prefer:
Service documentation
Ownership history
Clean, well cared for - it does not have to be pristine, I just do not want cars that are ratty/ragged out, missing controls, levers, or non-functioning lights or instruments like the last "It's in great condition, a perfect daily driver, man!" car I looked at...that needed over $16,000 in repairs according to the PPI.

Body: ANY - Coupe, Targa, Cabriolet... if it is in good condition - headliner, seals, paint, etc, I'm happy
Color: Any* (Probably prefer white, silver, lighter colors then darker ones, and Guards Red is lowest on my interest list, but if the car is good on all other catergories, I'd consider any color)
C2/C4: Sure, any, either, all....

I'm located in Northern Virginia, but I am willing to make a distance purchase and travel to pick the car up. I am willing to travel as far North/South as New England to Florida, and most places east of Mississippi River.
