This is a well-optioned driver that, with a top-end or full rebuild, would be a very nice car for years to come. Please see the compression and leak-down results from At Speed, a well respected Porsche shop here in the Washington/Balt area, in the DB folder along w/ all the pics.

No rust, no dents, original color and interior. I bought the car in Dec. '12 locally and drove as a daily driver up until this year.

Have decided that I want to back-date to a long-hood, and frankly, this car is just too nice and original to modify, and I'd rather not be the one to do it.

* Very attractive, rare, and original Prussian Blue metallic w/ full leather special order gray/blue interior in good shape (some bolster wear and driver's fore/aft control not working).
* Perfect dash and newer Lloyd's mats protecting the original blue carpet. Have new headliner (blue) from PO that goes w/ the car
* Motor has 145k+ and has never been rebuilt, but a great driver w/ overall good mechanicals and all original eqpt. still in place (cruise, pw/locks/seats/mirrors). Only used Brad Penn.
* Never smoked when run daily but oil thermostat drips onto the heat exch when hot.
* Stock motor except K&N w/ Vertex chip (don't have the OEM chip)
* A/C still in tact and was converted to R134a but PO cut the thermostat line so it needs at least that and a charge to work properly
* Original 16"x7 & 8 Fuchs w/ polished rims (PO) and new Continental Extreme Contact tires (<1k miles on tires)
* 915 w/ short-shift & Momo knob shifts very well although 3rd synchro chirps, if you rush it.
* F/R spoilers; original whale tail in garage and goes w/ car. It was grafted onto the orig decklid by Pelican "Sonjay" in Florida. Great work.
* H4s w/ nozzle washers (OEM), fog lights, and sunroof all work fine.
* Tons of records from Day #1 (7/85 production, sold in Memphis 12/85); 5th owner.

Asking $29k outright as-is. Price outright is pretty firm. In no hurry to sell and time is on my side--these cars are appreciating quickly, and stock ones like this are harder and harder to find, especially in colors other than white, black or red. Have a clean DC title.

Fuel leak is fixed and the car is back on the road w/ current registration. Car runs and shifts very well. Drive as-is or easy restoration w/ original whaletail that goes w/ the car.
