WTT E36 M3 5spd Convertible for 911 2.7 or SC

I have a well sorted, 53k mile, original condition e36 M3 5spd convertible in TiAg/Dove that I would like to trade towards a air cooled 911. I have owned the M3 since August 2016 (3rd owner) and it has been a great 2nd car but I have caught the air cooled bug. I will mostly be interested in 2.7's and SC's to manage the value difference - prefer targa but open to coupe or cab.

-New convertible top, tires, fuel pump, and battery in 2016 by the PO

-Regular maintenance, power steering hoses, and front brakes during my ownership

-3.2 idles well, pulls strong

-5 speed transmission shifts nicely

-Electrical all works well

-Top functions as it should

-Interior is tidy (8/10)

-Paint/body is all original and in very good condition (8.5/10)

-Very clean underneath - no rust

-The only non OEM components are a Mason front strut tower brace and ZHP shift knob

-Car has always been garage kept during my ownership and only driven in fair weather
