Third Brake Light - Cayenne S – 2008

My third brake light is not working. The other 2 are working fine. I removed the rear upper part of the rear spoiler to expose the LED light. I wanted to make sure I was getting current to the light before replacing the light. I removed the connector and put a voltmeter on the connections in the plug-in connector. I am not getting voltage. So I went to the manual to locate the fuse…and there is no reference to which fuse controls this light. I know very little about LED lights other than the fact that they draw very little current. Maybe I'm testing wrong. Hopefully someone can help!! I have 2 questions;
1 – what fuse controls the third brake light?
2 - what is the current way to test the connector to determine if I have current to the light?

Thanks in advance for your help!!
