06 Cayenne S Headlight Level Sensor

Hi folks,

It's been a while since posting on the Cayenne forum. My latest issue is my headlight position faults, a few years ago I changed out my harnesses since the wires were cracked and contacting each other. I also noted some looseness when my lights were locked into place, to fix this I just put some single sided sticky foam along the rails and it holds it firm and steady now.

I suspect that my car level sensor in the rear or front may be my problem and I want to know if anyone has had the same experience. Dealer tech hinted to me to check the sensor, both of them, I read an article somewhere long ago that the wires tend to bend and brake over time. I did see a sharp crease (bend) in my harness, I'm thinking on replacing the sensor first then if that does not work removing the insulation around the bend and inspect the wire connections.

Alex
