Cayenne leaking coolant
Hi all,
I was driving down a road and hit a dip on the road (dip was from road conditions). My wife and I heard the hit as being pretty hard. We kept driving for another 3-4 miles until I see my car inform me to check coolant levels. It then started to smoke. We did manage to get the car back to our house. I checked around and saw a broken upper radiator hose. I got that replaced thinking I've fixed the problem because I didn't see any leak when I poured the coolant back into the radiator tank on the side. I did drive it about 1/2 mile around the block. But when I pulled back into my drive way, there was a big trail of fluid. So my leak isn't fixed. What else should I be looking for? 2006 Porsche Cayenne, base model. Thank you, Tincup418 |

See my thread
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-cayenne-macan-forum/1028962-plastic-sucks.html In my case the leak was on passenger side, that plastic flange does not hold up to hot ethylene glycol...
