Transfer case - Known issue

My wife picked up a loaded 2012 Cayenne S with CPO until May of next year. Last week I was driving and notice a very slight front end judder 3 time during initial pull away. Wheels straight, it happened at any speed from stop.
I got under the pepper and noticed fluid all over the transfer case.
Took the car in to Porsche and did some research, seems like a well known issue, and I think the service advisor said it was covered by Porsche, but I will find out more today when I pick it up.

Glad to have CPO, but a non gear head probably would not have felt the slight judder in the front end.

Will post more info later, but just wanted to post for you guys to have a look at the front end and get your spidey sense on if your TC has not been replaced.
