Sat in one yesterday. Nice inside nothing spectacular. External colour was grey. I felt . I was kinda looking forward to it but like others have said its looks much like any other SUV from a distance. Bland is the word that came to mind from some other P-fanatics that were there also.

I'm sure the performance ain't bland though. We had a absolutely drenching drive yesterday with the P-club and we were all sliding out everywhere on the twisties. Not the 4x4 though! and a bugger to lose in the straights - just wouldn't go away. Impressive in that department. For someone towing a boat and lauching/retrieving - good deal. The serious off-roader - too much 'niceness' inside to be muddied up. For the soccer mum

Good point Mike. I'm wondering how long it will take before some SoCal hot rodder stuffs the Cayenne V-8 into a hi-boy roadster. It's probably happening as I type...

Like I said, the engine would work well in a hi-boy...

I believe the driver was going through an intersection and someone ran the light and clipped the cayenne... just for thought

A few things...

1) the windshield didnt pop out.
2) i wouldn't rag on the Cayenne too much. Besides, it's sales are funding the GT3 coupe production....

Race car or SUV a Porsche is a Porsche and to see one wrecked is a sad sight to me.
