Roll Call
OK, this Cayenne forum is WEAK. How many Cayenne owners do we have on Pelican??? Are there enough to turn this into a useful forum. Rennlist and Roadfly have good C forums. Can we do the same thing here?

Cegerer, you know I'm here and I agree with you 100%. This particular Pelican forum blows. There's virtually no activity aside from asinine comments made by people who know nothing about the vehicle they're raggin' on. I think you and I are the only two Cayenne owners here!?

That's what I was afraid of. I don't think the 2 of us are going to makeup a real active forum ........ -- Curt

The newness and exclusivity of the vehicle will limit the number of true owners you will find here. I see that the two of you are owners of other Porsche models, and familiar with the bulletin boards available to us. How many Cayenne owners are new to the marque and wouldn't know a Porsche bulletin board from a broomstick?
P.S. I have driven two of them. They are very nice vehicles. But, IMHO, not worth what they are asking. At my stage of life, with grown kids and no pets, something smaller and a bit less expensive does the trick!! To each his own......

Now that the V6 pepper is coming I will watch used prices closely. When they dip into 944 territory I will seriously consider one. the V6 will be fine with me. If I really want to rail down the road I will take the other Porsche.

Rijk, there's no useful interaction here at all. Much better off at Rennlist for viable Cayenne discussion. Regards, Mike.
P.S. How the hell do you fit in a Lotus Elise? You look too tall in your photo!

I'm 6'2" and 210 LB, getting in and out with the roof up is not a pretty sight. However when finally seated, no problems at all.

Rijk...I guess that's what Vaseline is for. Great choice of autos. I'll catch you later at the Rennlist Cayenne forum. You'll die of loneliness here.

That Daytona is really cool. I'd love one. The Elise is more my petite size, but don't use vaseline it's not water soluble I thought I'd check out the Cayenne forum as my husband is threathening to buy one when he trades his X5. Still think it's NAPP (not a proper Porsche)
