FOUND Good TPMS replacement transmitters/installer
Hi Gang
After 8 years the OEM TPMS transmitters in my MY 2005 Cayenne went out. In 2012 the dealer quoted me ~$1,400 for four OEM (Beru) sensors ($400 each) and installation. I turned off the system and looked for a solution. There were transmitters available ranging from $15 each to $500 each. Long Story Short After two years I decided to go with my local American Tire Depot; Schrader Sensors, ($65 each), installation tax came to $301.45 out the door. They all appear to be working well and apparently the Manager at American Tire informs me the same manufacturer makes transmitters for all the Luxury German Cars. Life Expectancy of these transmitters are 7-10 years
