Cayenne center console air duct replacement

I've got some weid damage to my center console air guide. Porsche service people said it's rodent damage. Here's the picture I've taken after removing the center console cover.



The circle is where the air duct was eaten, it's a hole, basically. I believe the P/N is 955 573 316 00, I found the part on a picture here on p.436.

I'm not sure how to replace the part. Can someone help me?

Another problem is that rats seem to have eaten the insulating foam too. On my picture I show it with a red arrow. It can be seen clearer on the following picture (pointed with a green arrow). Does anybody know what's the part number? I wanted to replace it too.

Interesting for sure, you can buy the parts you need from a dismantler or on Ebay. On occasion you find the entire housing that you need, I've seen them. As an alternative home fix, you can try to seal it all off with spray foam, sold at hardware stores. Some may not like the fix but it may work out and be cheaper. I would first try and locate the parts on Ebay.

I assume you have already confirmed there are no rodents hiding around there, double check your harness to make certain they did not chew or damage it. This was a common issue on 911's that sat a long time, when I rebuilt by 84 Carrera I found rodent damage behind my alternator housing.
