Filling Gas Tank Problem

I searched the forum but didn't find a discussion. I have a 2004 Cayenne S. When I fill the gas tank I have to fill it at a very low rate or the pump shuts off. It takes WAY TOO LONG to fill that big tank, especially in the winter.

Is there a vent somewhere that is clogged? Anyone else have this problem? What's the fix?

I hold the gas spout upside down, and this seems to work better. Big issue with my cars.
