Passenger seat won't recline, not the fuse, switch or seat

Has anyone dealt with that? I bought it that way, all other seat motors work. It's not the switch, the one from the fully functioning driver's seat does the same, the fuse cuts all motors, and I tried a known good seat. At least the seller said it was fully tested:-)

Check for a break in the wire between the seat recline motor and the switch. If that looks good it might be the motor. Good luck!
