cayenne s 2006 AC Condensation leak
Hey.. First time post and I couldn't find a thread on this issue I'm having. I notice water on the driver side, near the gas peddle. I know it's the ac condensation, but I couldn't locate the drain hole. I did a google search and people said the drain hole is on the front passenger side, under the under the door, close to the wheel well. I could not find it. Please advise.

I'm having a similar problem. First I cleaned the sunroof drains though. Next I looked for the culprit which was in fact the evaporator drain under the glovebox area. Remove the plastic panel that houses the footwell light and 12v power ports. Peel the carpet back and look for the drain tube coming out of the evaporator. I managed to pull the rubber tube assembly free from the hole in the firewall. The problem seems to be with the seal on the tube which goes through the firewall. I need to order a replacement but for now I have sealed it up with silicone and it seems to be holding until I can get the part in.
Good luck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

![]() ![]() ![]() I was able to pull the rubber tube out and about a cup of water drained out, but luckily I had a towel with me. As you can see, there's slim inside the tube and I use a small bottle brush to clear the slim out. |
