High tone noise from engine

If some body has experienced high tone noise from engine when idling, please suggest any possible solution.
It is happen when engine is hot and only idling.
Serpentine belt should be ok since replaced 2 months ago.
ISCV from Throttle valve should be ok. Throttle valve overhauled was done but no change.
Nothing wrong in engine performance but just noize.

PS) 2004 Turbo

Does it sound like it's rubbing up against something not smooth or is the sound not coming from a belt?

The sound is like a flute with high tone as "keeeen" and smooth as not vibrating.
That is why I made a cleaning for Throttle Valve.
Since I replaced Serpentine belt 2 months ago and the belt has tooth for kind of synchronous power transmission, so I did not think it as rubbing sound from Belt.
But I am not sure now.
I am still not understanding why it not happen when engine is cold and why only at idling.
Assuming it is from Belt, any suggestion to identify?

I was planning to check the belt tension but the sound is gone now.
The sound was always happen past few weeks when engine is hot and during idle but Atmosphere temperature getting lower recent two weeks then it was gone with nothing done.
It should be something wrong but I can't distinguish whether it was from belt or not.
I will keep in mind and carefully watch it until it comes back. Hope not.

I think finally found the cause of High tone noise. It is Auxiliary secondary water pump which is motor pump for circulation of hot water from Radiator to Room Heater. The pump motor generating noise.
It was started from two months ago when getting cold. And that time the noise was high tone and much noisy. Now much better but still noisy. When turn off fan of Heater then the sound stop.
It looks Water pump start to run when turn on fan.
Does somebody teach me the procedure how to replace the Auxiliary water pump. It is hard to see but from the noise, it should be in front of Driver side and close to Blake Booster.

Update: some more update that the noise was related with Cooling water T-fitting crack as in my different thread. So it is only for turbo engine.
I guess very small crack on plastic T-tube generate noise by steam flow but cooling flow changed by Auxiliary secondary water pump for Heater which played with the noise.
I just want correct my statement for helping some ones same trouble.
