So annoying, this sound when I accelerate or brake. Was not other in frezzing cold months but its back in June. Saw YouTube videos on draining door sills but not clear how to drain water with aero side skirts on my 2006 S Ti.
How does one resolve this and prevent this from persisting? Any suggestions please reply. Thank you in advance...

I had the same problem on my 04 Not sure if the aero kit changes things but there is a drain plug at the bottom of the door pull the plug and all of the water will drain out. If the kit is blocking the drain plug you might have to remove the door skirt to get to the plug

+1 on maybe removing the skirt
On my '05 Turbo the drain was plugged with the anti-corrosion wax. Gentle prying popped it out and heat melted the wax away on the plug. Probing the cavity did not bring out any debris. But there was a lot of water!
