1956 Bahamas Speed Week Silver Platter
This was won by Joe B. Sheppard for finishing in 2nd place, behind Ricardo Rodriguez in the Caribbean Motors sponsored Porsche race. It’s marked awarded by Caribbean Motors. Joe was a highly acclaimed 550RS driver from Tampa. For more on Joe Google “The Tampa Hot Shoe” or Hemmings Lost Dealerships Sheppard’s Imports.
