I've only got the orange-white spears 917 in my collection... of course, it pales sitting next to the AutoArt Gulf 917 on my shelf!

I have Auto Art and Eagles Race 917s , inc the Pink Pig, Donahue can am car, and most of the K's built so far. I plan on making a diorama with them in our new garage, once finished.
BTW- Carl Thompson found a brand new K chassis (the real thing!) in Europe and is in the process of building a new car from all the Vasek Polak spares he bought. Target date is 2004 for the unveiling of a brand new 917K coupe. Very exciting I sat in the McQueen #20 917 at the restoration shop in Burbank about 25 years ago- it makes you feel like you are looking up at the ground and it is a surprisingly small car One of my favorite all time cars |
